Project & Facility Support You Can Count On
Skilled property and handyman services, backed by two decades of real project management experience
Property & Project Support
When something needs to be fixed, installed, or figured out, you don’t need chaos, shortcuts, or guesswork.
You need someone reliable and shows up prepared, thinks through the work, communicates clearly, and leaves the space better than they found it.
With nearly two decades of experience managing construction and facility projects across multiple trades, I bring a systems-driven, safety-first approach to hands-on work.
I don’t just fix the immediate issue: I look at how everything connects, what could fail later, and how to do the job correctly the first time.

More Than Just a Guy With Tools
Before WillowCraft, I spent 18+ years as a project manager working with electrical, mechanical, millwork, fabrication, and facilities teams. That experience shapes every job I take on now.
I approach every project with:
Clear scope and expectations
Safety-first decision making
Thoughtful planning before tools come out
Transparent labor and materials built at cost
Clean, precise execution
Honest recommendations
If something falls outside the scope of handyman work or requires a licensed trade, I’ll tell you and help coordinate next steps. The goal is never to “just get it done”—it’s to get it done correctly.

Past Projects: Skiptown
Scope: As Skiptown prepared to scale, the Charlotte facility required steady oversight of its physical space, daily operations, and supporting systems, while new markets introduced complex regulatory and approval challenges. I oversaw facility-wide repairs, upgrades, and custom build-outs, including kennel installations and the operational systems that supported daily use. I also led regulatory and permitting research for the Denver location, working with architects, contractors, and city stakeholders to navigate approval and compliance requirements.
Outcome: Helped stabilize and maintain the Charlotte facility while playing a key role in making future expansion in other markets viable.
Past Projects: Alfred Williams
Scope: These projects involved complex commercial interior builds where tight tolerances, shifting site conditions, and coordination across multiple teams were the norm. I managed multiple tenant up-fits and modular wall installations at once, handling detailed field measurements, on-site coordination, and real-time problem solving when materials arrived incorrectly or plans changed midstream. The work required stepping in when systems broke down and making sure installs moved forward correctly despite challenges outside the original plan.
Outcome: Delivered accurate, functional installations under demanding conditions, helping projects stay on track and meet client expectations despite ongoing changes.
Past Projects: Woodworking
Scope: These projects required custom-built solutions that fit the space, the use, and the long-term demands of the environment. I designed, built, and installed custom shelving units for Baxter Mill Archive and Boxcar Apartments, managing everything from layout planning and joinery to staining and final installation. For Baxter Mill Archive, I also created a custom fabric display frame designed specifically around how the collection would be used and presented.
Outcome: Delivered durable, well-fitted custom pieces that balanced function, finish, and long-term use in both residential and archival settings.
Past Projects: The Collection
Scope: As a new townhome community opened in NoDa, a series of unit break-ins (particularly in unoccupied homes that had already been outfitted with appliances) created an immediate safety concern. I was brought in to assess the situation and help address the vulnerability. The work began with security system installation and flood lighting across the property, followed by ongoing site-wide support including appliance hookups, signage installation and removal, minor electrical updates, and plumbing and appliance repairs as the community continued to fill in.
Outcome: Helped ensure units were secure, functional, and move-in ready, supporting smooth operations and dependable turnover throughout the community.
